Program Fee

1. Fees will be accepted only through Cash/Demand Draft and card swipe in favor of ARKA JAIN University .
2. In case of failure to make the payment before due date , fine as per the rules will be charged .
3. If payment is not made within schedule days of the due date along with late fine , student will not be allowed to take class and may lead to cancellation of his/her admission in the university .
4. Examination Fees/ Re-examination Fees / Backlog paper exam fees will be charged as per the notification of examination( End Sem Exam Charges – Approx Rs. 1000 – 1500 /- )
5. No individual reminder for Fee Payment will be given to either student or parent .Students are requested to adhere to the schedule given above and keep themselves updated with notices on the notice board or follow the fee schedule given at the time of admission .
6. By opting the University Transport Facility , student agree to pay the fees for the entire academic year ( irrespective of late admission / service not availed by individual )
7. 2% extra will be charged if the payment is been paid through any type of credit card .
8. All scholarships if applicable , will be adjusted in the 2nd installment of the first year fees .

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as:

1. During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
2. The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.
3. The payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not reach the university’s account or payment gets debited twice due to server error.

We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the university. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the university norms
