WRWY (We R with You) — grievance redressal for genuine student complaints with sensitivity and confidentiality.

WRWY (We R with You), the Grievance Redressal Cell attempts to address genuine problems and complaints of students whatever be the nature of the problem. Students are encouraged to approach the members of the cell or any of their other teachers as is comfortable to them.

Students are requested to note that making a complaint is serious and therefore they are to use this power in a responsible manner. At the same time, the college assures students that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality.

Dr. Shahin Razi: Ombudsperson of ARKA JAIN University

Dr. Shahin Razi is the Ombudsperson of ARKA JAIN University. A distinguished academician with a rich experience and illustrious track record, Dr. Razi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this crucial role.

Dr. Razi, a former Professor Emeritus at the University Grants Commission (UGC), has made significant contributions to the field of education. Her appointment aligns with the UGC guidelines and provisions related to the establishment of Ombudsperson mechanisms in universities.

As the Ombudsperson, Dr. Razi plays a vital role in ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability within the University. In her capacity as the Ombudsman, Dr. Razi is available to address grievances and concerns raised by students, faculty, staff, or other stakeholders. Her impartial and independent approach provides the necessary platform for resolving disputes and promoting a harmonious academic environment in the University.

The university has constituted a total of six SGRCs (Student Grievance Redressal Committees), with one at the university level and five at the school level.
